This women's tour of Italy will take you to the classical cities of Rome and Florence, Siena in Tuscany and in the countryside of Umbria.
This women's tour of Italy combines visits to big important "must see" cities with the less traveled places for a close-up look and unique experience.
Arrival Airport is Rome. Departure Airport is Florence.

Join a small group tour to Italy and experience glorious valleys, perched villages, picturesque rolling hills and vineyards. See ancient towns, ruins, beautiful churches, interesting local shops, famous artwork like the statue of David, intriguing medieval walled cities and many sites rich in history.
Your Italy tour begins in Rome. You will have a guided tours or Ancient Rome. See and hear about the Colosseum, the Roman forum, the Pantheon, Trevi fountain, St. Peter's Basilica. A guided tour of The Vatican museum, the Sistine Chapel are also planned. Pop into a museum, do some shopping or join the local outdoor scenes for a complete Italian experience.
You will have a tour of Tuscany, in the medieval walled city of Siena. It is famous for the bareback horserace called Il Palio and once a rival of the city of Florence. This is beautiful and fun city to explore.
This tour ends in Florence, where Renaissance was born. This is a city known for its magnificent squares, art treasures, great architecture, fabulous food, fashion, skilled artisans. Shop for leather goods and gold. You can shop at indoor and outdoor markets. You will have a walking tour of Florence, visit the Accademia to view the Statue of David and you will have plenty of time for self exploration. Consider a museum visit to the Uffizi for the greatest collections of Italian art, shop for gold and leather, or tour the Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens and the Bargello.
This small group tour of Italy not only takes you to the classical cities of Rome and Florence but also to the countryside of Umbria and Tuscany for a perfect Italian vacation experience.
NOTE: We walk a lot on this tour. City walking tours are typically 3 hours long and some of the places you will visit are very steep.
