This tour guarantees to make you fall in love with Italy. You will see some of the most beautiful landscapes, magnificent sites and sample of the most fantastic food as you travel with us to explore Umbria and Tuscany.

This tour covers various regions on Italy.  The ultimate tour for the discerning traveler, truly a treat. Check out the Highlights listed below and inquire about the detailed itinerary. You'll tour scenic cities, towns rich in art and history. With an extremely scenic setting and perhaps Umbria's most charming town, Spoleto, one of the highlights in this tour, has an ancient Roman bridge. You will also tour Assisi and visit the Basilica of St. Francis, where his tomb can be found. Other sites in Assisi include various Roman ruins like an arena, arches, Temple of Minerva and the Roman forum.   You will also visit the ancient town of Montefalco, where we will tasted their unique wine of Sagrantino.


You will tour Florence, the city of Renaissance, and see Statue of David, the Duomo. (Cathedral), Ponte Vecchio and lots of other sites. You'll have an opportunity to see the Basilica of Santa Croce, where tombs done by Michelangelo and Vassari and a crucifix by Donatello.  Donatello, Galileo, Michelangelo, Macchiavelli, the poet Alfieri and many other influential thinkers, scientists, inventors, and civil leaders are buried here. You will also have the opportunity to see the greatest collections of Italian art that at the top museum, the Uffizi. Visit the Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens, the Bargello or go shopping. The list of things to see and do in Florence is long.

The tour will also take you through the countrysides.  Enjoy the Chianti landscapes, the vineyards and the valley on the way to Florence.  You will  stop in the beautiful medieval city of Siena.

Another major focus of this tour is the culinary adventure that will take you through the various regional food and wine of both Umbria and Tuscany to round out your Italian experience. We have several very special meals planned for you. Join us!
